I love this! I just submitted my profile for the RY expertise exchange last week — am curious to see how it goes!

I think making opportunities to connect that aren’t so centered around socializing is great because, like you said, it’s often hard to approach someone, start the conversation, and/or transition out of small talk. So I think the “office hours” concept is great.

Maybe my RY group would like to test it out here for in-person chats… I’ll see about setting it up.
