I have been seeing a bit about the evolving definition of the term bisexual, but I have not heard much about the term pansexual being divisive (which doesn't surprise me since I'm not terribly looped in). Good to know I'm using probably the best term available for now :)

I'm so sorry that you had to experience all that — really, that anyone had to. It's a terrible thing to lose so many people in such a painful way, and then layering on the political & social handling of it... just so awful. But very grateful there are people like you who made it through and are here still!
